Sr. Officer - Graphic Design & Motion Graphics

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sr. Officer Graphic Design & Motion Graphics to develop engaging visual content for internal and external communication. The role involves designing creative collaterals, producing motion graphics, and supporting digital communication initiatives across platforms including intranet and social media.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Concept Development Conceptualize ideas, write scripts, and develop storyboards for corporate and promotional videos.

2. Motion Graphics & Video Content Produce short, engaging video clips and motion graphics suitable for platforms such as the intranet and social media.

3. Creative Design Design creative collaterals including presentations, banners, standees, brochures, posters, and other communication materials.

4. AI-Enabled Design Utilize AI tools for graphic design and copywriting to enhance creativity and productivity.

5. Digital Asset Management Maintain and organize an archive of all company photos, videos, and creative assets in a structured manner.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Strong understanding of motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling

Familiarity with AI tools for design and content creation

Strong creative thinking and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
