Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced **Senior MERN Stack Developer** to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of professional experience in developing full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack). The successful individual will be responsible for building efficient and scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using the MERN stack.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Maintain code integrity and organization through version control practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to elevate team capabilities.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into development processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in software development, specifically with the MERN stack.

- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of RESTful API design.

- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
