This team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging, and converting leaders and their teams through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences throughout the buyer journey.

We’re looking for a B2B Senior Marketing Specialist to work within the Gartner Global Marketing Team, supporting marketing efforts for aligned sales regions as well as global marketing initiatives. The Senior Marketing Specialist will be a key contributor to the ongoing growth and success of Gartner by supporting the execution of lead generation campaigns for the Global Technology Sales (GTS) Marketing practice with a specific focus on the AI Campaign Initiative.

What you will do:

  • Build a strong relationship with sales in Emerging Markets to support and enable pipeline generation and progression.

  • Improve research sales teams’ ability to engage with our target audience through effective scripting, sales collateral, and training sessions.

  • Create regional demand generation campaigns and respective sales enablement updates.

  • Assist with the development and execution of global demand generation campaigns for the AI Initiative.

  • Support ongoing SEO initiatives (including optimization) for AI.

  • Support optimization efforts for email and third-party campaigns by conducting relevant A/B tests.

  • Write content and messaging for campaign briefs, paid search ads, sales enablement, landing pages, nurture emails, newsletters, and social media.

  • Collaborate with sales to conduct client interviews and produce content for client success stories.

  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence, Program Managers, and other cross-functional partners to coordinate the execution and delivery of integrated marketing programs.

  • Project, manage and track campaign performance; report on success metrics using analytics and BI tools.

  • Monitor performance to help inform use/business cases for further lead filtering efforts

  • Work cohesively as a key contributor to the global marketing team.

What you will need:

  • BS/BA required in Marketing or related field preferred.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B environment ideally with experience in a service or solutions-oriented businesses or technology

  • Proven experience supporting the development of successful integrated marketing or demand generation programs.

  • Project management, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • An entrepreneurial orientation with the ability to apply creative approaches to marketing innovative products.

  • Strong analytical and communications skills

  • This individual must be adaptable, persuasive, tenacious, and perceptive and be able to execute a well-developed plan. 

  • Ability to be flexible and work effectively in collaborative fast-paced, fast-changing environment.

  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Additional language capabilities would be beneficial.
