About the Role

vCampusIT is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who knows how to build, scale, and optimize revenue-focused marketing engines-not just campaigns.

This role is for someone who understands the full sales funnel end-to-end: from awareness lead capture qualification sales enablement conversion. Youll work closely with sales leadership, and delivery teams to turn strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue impact.


Key Responsibilities

Growth & Funnel Ownership

  • Design, build, and optimize end-to-end sales and lead-generation funnels (Inbound + Outbound).
  • Own funnel metrics: MQLs, SQLs, CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and scale channels that drive qualified leads.

Demand Generation

  • Execute multi-channel demand programs across:
  • LinkedIn (organic + paid)
  • Email marketing & automation
  • Content-led inbound (case studies, whitepapers, landing pages)
  • Performance marketing (where applicable)
  • Build ICP-driven campaigns aligned to sales priorities.

Sales Enablement

  • Partner closely with sales to:
  • Define lead qualification criteria
  • Improve handoff from marketing to sales
  • Create sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies)
  • Ensure marketing efforts translate into real conversations, not vanity metrics.

Marketing Operations & Tools

  • Set up and manage CRM & marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Implement tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards.
  • Build repeatable, scalable marketing processes.

Brand & Positioning (Secondary but Important)

  • Sharpen messaging and positioning for vCampusIT offerings.
  • Ensure consistent narrative across website, LinkedIn, outreach, and proposals.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives (especially for founders and leadership).


Required Qualifications

  • 610+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales/lead funnels.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • B2B buyer journeys
  • Lead qualification frameworks
  • Conversion optimization
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, founder-led environments.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting.
  • Exposure to US or global B2B markets.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise or institutional clients.
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Experience managing technology for multi-site, hybrid, or global teams.
  • Ability to convert strategy into actionable delivery.
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with U.S. Higher Education institutions (especially public or private universities).
  • Familiarity with AI, data governance, and digital transformation in academic environments.
  • Experience operating in hybrid / distributed campus models.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technology concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
