15+ yrs experience
1. Experience in project management handling a team of 20+
2. Experienced in status reporting with both internal and clients
3. Should understand operational metrics, track and improve as per the targets set
4. Drive team competency improvement initiatives
5. Work with clients closely and identify key risk areas, put a mitigation plan and resolve the same
6. Work with product team to collaborate and improve the product features
