Sr. Manager – Strategic Partnerships & CSR (Healthcare Sales)

This is a revenue-generating, target-driven partnership role for someone who knows how to open doors, close institutional deals, and build long-term CSR pipelines.

We are hiring a high-performance institutional sales leader to drive national sales of medicines, medical devices, and healthcare consumables to:

• Corporate CSR healthcare programs
• NGO-led medical initiatives
• Hospital outreach projects
• Public health & rural healthcare initiatives

This role requires someone who understands institutional buying cycles, bulk procurement, and CSR healthcare budgets.

• Drive sales targets across CSR and NGO healthcare programs
• Close bulk procurement contracts for medicines & devices
• Manage multi-state institutional sales pipeline

• Identify corporates running healthcare CSR initiatives
• Position product portfolio for camps, mobile clinics, rural programs, and long-term projects
• Engage CSR Heads, Program Directors, and Procurement Teams

• Participate in institutional RFPs & tenders
• Lead pricing strategy and commercial negotiations
• Ensure timely closure and execution of supply contracts

• Build long-term relationships with CSR foundations & NGOs
• Ensure repeat orders and multi-year supply partnerships
• Coordinate with logistics & supply chain teams

• Identify new geographies & healthcare programs
• Build partnerships with implementing NGOs across India
• Track competitor activity and pricing benchmarks
