Job Title: Senior Manager Sales (Real Estate)

Location: Pamposh Enclave, G k 1, New Delhi.

Department: Sales

Experience Required: 6 to 12 Years (Real Estate Mandatory)


About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager Sales to lead our real estate sales function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-value property sales, team leadership, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Audit and verify sales leads on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and quality.

Maintain and update lead management sheets with proper classification (K1, K2, K3, etc.).

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services/products.

* Follow up on leads generated through marketing and inquiries.

* Explain company offerings, answer client queries, and provide accurate information

* Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements in alignment with company policies

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive strategy

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review
