Sr. Manager - Retail Credit

- Lead credit underwriting for all retail asset classes vehicle financing, Mortgages.

- Underwriting in line with pre agreed partners policies and industry best practices.

- Demonstrated capability of writing credit policies, SOPs.

- Ability to understand Business Rule Engine and analyse loan portfolio data on a real time basis to review existing BREs, deviations matrix and efficacy of the same in order to reject potential high-risk business.

- Keep abreast of latest tools and market practices for underwriting.

- Good people manager who can handle a large team and build a steady stream of trained people.

Possess good understanding of RBI guidelines to ensure business build up is in compliance to the regulatory expectations and be the first line of defence along with the Business team.

- Bring structure, execution rigour and scalability to partner led growth in order to create scalable and sustainable long-term partner / channel relationships.

-Good exposure to dealing with vendors like Valuation agencies, Legal firms, collection agencies, FI agencies etc. to be able to gather useful intelligence and to create a check on fraud, to access local intelligence
