Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PEGA technologies and mandatory domain skills in Eagle Charles River and Advent Geneva. This role involves working on complex PEGA projects and requires a deep understanding of PEGA frameworks and applications. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of PEGA-based solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the upgrade and maintenance of PEGA applications to ensure optimal performance.Provide technical expertise in PEGA frameworks reporting and platform functionalities.Develop and enhance PEGA applications to improve user experience and mobility.Integrate PEGA solutions with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.Manage PEGA case management and decision hub to streamline business processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PEGA applications.Mentor and guide junior developers in PEGA technologies and best practices.Stay updated with the latest PEGA trends and technologies to drive innovation.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all PEGA implementations.Provide detailed documentation and reports on PEGA projects and their outcomes.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in PEGA Upgrade PEGA Frameworks and PEGA Reporting.Must have strong skills in PEGA Platform PEGA Application Development and PEGA Data and Integration.Must be proficient in PEGA User Experience PEGA Mobility and PEGA Case Management.Must have expertise in PEGA Decision Hub.Must have domain skills in Eagle Charles River and Advent Geneva.Nice to have experience in Asset & Wealth Management.Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.Must be able to work in a hybrid work model.Must be able to work in a day shift with no travel required.
Certifications Required
Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (CLSA) or equivalent certification.
