Ability to analyse business requirements and created system design for the complete CRM/RMS Customer and Account Management Rating Billing Credit Limit management Payment Deposit & Collection Management) solution for both Residential and enterprise customers of varied sizes
Responsibilities
Have comprehensive knowledge BSS Architecture including Service delivery for Telcos.
Have personally lead transformation programs in Customer and Billing domain to improve the Customer Experience and channel or front office transformation.
Led Digital Transformation Program for Telcos including extensive work in BSS stack for operator to enhance Customer Experience Faster Time to market
Knowledge of Catalogue centric Architecture implementation and management
Knowledge of Enterprise products like IPVPN SDWAN VPBX etc
Have extensive knowledge of Business Assurance framework for new Product implementation by defining KPIs from Revenue Process IT Network Regulatory and Customer perspective during Pre Launch and post launch
