Role Overview

We are seeking a Practice Head CRM / Campaign Management (Braze) to own and grow our Braze practice. This role requires deep expertise in customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and mobile-first CRM, along with strong people and client leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Braze engagements from strategy and scoping to execution and reporting
  • Manage a team of Braze specialists, CRM managers, and campaign operators
  • Own execution across email, push, in-app, SMS, and omnichannel journeys
  • Partner with Product, Design, Content, and Analytics teams for lifecycle programs
  • Act as the senior client-facing owner for Braze accounts
  • Establish scalable delivery processes and best practices for the Braze practice
  • Analyze campaign and lifecycle performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Support client growth, renewals, and solution discussions


Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation
  • Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Braze
  • Braze Certification (mandatory)
  • Experience managing teams and high-volume, always-on lifecycle programs
  • Strong understanding of CRM analytics, experimentation, and optimization
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in US shift and flexibility to support other shifts if required
