About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Manager to drive the strategic evolution of our investment solutions across retail and institutional channels. This role leads investment strategy discussions, enhances product offerings, and oversees the preparation and presentation of materials for senior committees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead investment product strategy, development, and lifecycle management
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor regulatory changes
• Collaborate with investment, operations, and client teams to shape product offerings
• Represent customer perspective in service design and innovation
• Prepare high-quality presentations and documentation for key forums
• Manage and mentor team members

What Were Looking For:

• 7+ years in investment management, asset management, or financial services
• Experience managing individuals or teams
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Preferably IMC / CFA or equivalent qualification
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to simplify technical investment concepts for diverse audiences
