Job Description: Senior Design Manager

Experience Required: 12-15 years

Overview: The Design Manager oversees design teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and operational excellence. This role involves project management, team collaboration, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise Deputy Managers who lead teams of 4-5 designers, fostering collaboration and creativity.
• Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand needs and present design concepts.
• Quality Assurance: Review designs for consistency and adherence to processes.
• Mentorship: Guide and evaluate team members, providing constructive feedback.
• Problem-Solving: Address challenges and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Communication: Effectively share updates and insights with stakeholders.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits as needed to ensure design implementation.
• Achieving targets: Ensuring projects follow a strict timeline in design to ensure monthly deliverables are met by the teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in design management with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
