Analyze production workflows and identify areas for efficiency enhancement.
Implement lean manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Production Planning & Control
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization.
Design layouts for facilities, equipment, and workstations to maximize productivity.
Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, and cost per unit.
Cost Reduction & Quality Assurance
Conduct time-motion studies and cost-benefit analyses.
Recommend process changes to reduce waste and improve quality.
Ensure compliance with ISO and other industry standards.
Project Management
Lead improvement projects from concept to implementation.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for equipment and material procurement.
Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
Team Leadership
Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle).
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM.
