Sr. Manager Industrial Engineering

• Process Improvement & Optimization
• Analyze production workflows and identify areas for efficiency enhancement.
• Implement lean manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Production Planning & Control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization.
• Design layouts for facilities, equipment, and workstations to maximize productivity.
• Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, and cost per unit.
• Cost Reduction & Quality Assurance
• Conduct time-motion studies and cost-benefit analyses.
• Recommend process changes to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other industry standards.
• Project Management
• Lead improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for equipment and material procurement.
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
• Team Leadership
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM.

Key Competencies:

• Experience in automotive, heavy machinery, or process industries.
