Job Description

-Analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights
-Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
-Create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns & activations.
-Work with marketing team on multiple brand lead initiatives
-Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
-Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI (return on investment) and KPIs
-Establish and maintain brand budgets
-Drive & monitor market trends, consumer research, Insights, competitors’ activities
-Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
-Media planning including ATL, Brand assets, Digital, brand ambassador & influencers
-Devise innovative growth strategies
-Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics

ESSENTIAL:
Knowledge of current marketing trends, preferably in consumer markets and with promotional mechanism relevant to different customer groups.
Should be from FMCD/FMCG/Automotive sector background.
Demonstrated experience in branding and communication activities.
Proven experience in digital marketing activities.

DESIRABLE:
Proven record of brand lead TVC’s along with celebrity endorsements. Brand architecture & brand positioning expert.
