This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sr Manager, eCommerce at Me N Moms Pvt. Ltd. The Sr Manager will be responsible for driving the eCommerce strategy and operations to optimize online sales and enhance customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing online platforms, analyzing sales data for trends and insights, coordinating with marketing and sales teams for campaign implementation, and ensuring inventory alignment to meet eCommerce demand. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, enhance brand presence, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.

• Strong proficiency in E-Commerce operations and Sales strategies to drive online business growth
• Analytical Skills to assess sales trends, customer behavior, and performance data for business improvement
• Marketing expertise for creating and implementing impactful online campaigns
• Effective Communication skills to interface with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proven leadership experience in an eCommerce or retail environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous
• Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and tools is preferred
