About the Role:
Amberstone is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage the companys digital marketing initiatives across multiple residential projects. The role will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns, managing digital agencies, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring consistent lead generation through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for residential real estate projects.
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other lead-generation channels.
Coordinate with digital marketing agencies to ensure campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and timely execution.
Track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to improve cost per lead and conversion rates.
Oversee website performance, landing pages, and lead funnels to improve digital lead generation.
Ensure basic SEO hygiene and organic visibility improvements in coordination with agencies.
Monitor and manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) across platforms such as Google Reviews and property portals.
Work closely with internal teams on social media content planning and digital campaign creatives.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient ROI.
Present campaign performance insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Requirements:
79 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
Strong experience in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Experience managing digital marketing agencies and campaign execution.
Basic working knowledge of SEO, website management, ORM, and social media marketing.
Familiarity with analytics tools, campaign tracking, and digital reporting dashboards.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Work Schedule:
Work from office 6 days a week as per company policy.
