Experience Required: 5-8 years (Event Industry Mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join ourClient Servicing Team . The ideal candidate must come with a strong background in theevent industry and a proven track record of managing corporate clients, delivering high-quality events, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver flawless event experiences.
• Manage end-to-end project execution including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Ensure repeat business and long-term relationships through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely execution and quality standards.

Requirements

• 48 years of experience in the event industry (mandatory).
• Strong client servicing and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with strict deadlines.
• Proficiency inGoogle Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, etc.) .
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with leadership qualities.
