Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Manager specializing in Australia and UK Admissions. The Sr. Manager will oversee the admissions process for students applying to universities in Australia and the UK. Responsibilities include providing expert counseling to students, assisting them in selecting courses and universities, managing curriculum development plans, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of education policies, building relationships with institutions, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Overseas Education counselling especially Australia / U.K
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Overseas Education Industry
• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service with the ability to guide and address students' queries effectively
• Experience in Curriculum Development with an understanding of academic programs and their alignment with students goals
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage responsibilities independently
• Familiarity with the admissions and visa application processes for Australia and the UK
• Relevant experience in overseas education consulting is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field is preferred
