Sr Manager - Business Valuation & Financial Modelling

Valuation India is a leading advisory firm specialising in Business Valuation, Financial Modelling, and M&A Services , serving clients across India, the UAE, and multiple global markets . Our practice is expanding, and we are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our Pune office as a Senior Manager .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage valuation and financial modelling assignments across industries.
• Coordinate end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
• Manage client interactions, handle queries, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Guide and review the work of junior analysts; ensure technical accuracy and professional standards.
• Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and financial analysis to support valuation engagements.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports, pitch decks, transaction notes, and presentations.
• Support M&A engagements including due diligence, deal analysis, and transaction support.

Qualifications

• CA or CFA, MBA (preferred candidates who have cleared all levels).
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and business valuation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in business valuation, financial modelling, transaction advisory, investment banking, or related fields.
