Introduction:

The ideal candidate will possess a robust consulting background and bring 12 to 15 years of extensive experience in SAP, particularly in the areas of MM, WM, EWM, and TM integration. Experience in the high-tech or semiconductor industry is a significant advantage and will be given higher preference. This role demands a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between business units and IT/SI partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration as part of our comprehensive transformation program.

Your Job:  

1. Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison between various business units and IT/SI partners, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the transformation program. Ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and vice versa.

2. Project Leadership: Lead and manage SAP EWM projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project milestones are met and that the projects align with overall business objectives. Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including senior management, business users, and technical teams, to curate and implement best practices in SAP. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

4. Self-Sufficiency: Demonstrate a high degree of self-sufficiency and independence in managing projects and tasks. Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring that project goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.

5. Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of project management and execution. Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

6. Result-Oriented Approach: Drive project success through a result-oriented approach, focusing on achieving tangible outcomes and delivering value to the organization. Set clear objectives and performance metrics, and continuously monitor progress to ensure alignment with business goals.

7. Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support on SAP MM, WM, EWM, and TM integration. Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in SAP technology, and leverage this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

8. Effective Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business and technical teams. Ensure that all stakeholders are kept

informed of project status, issues, and changes, and that their feedback is incorporated into project plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in SAP, with substantial leadership roles. Proven track record of successfully managing SAP projects and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with integration technologies such as SAP Process Integration (PI), SAP Process Orchestration (PO), and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Familiarity with web services and IDoc-based communication is beneficial 

  • Proficiency in handling data exchange between SAP EWM and MES, including master data management (materials, batches, containers), goods movement (issue and receipt), and inventory synchronization

  • Consulting Background: Strong consulting background with a focus on SAP MM, WM, EWM, and TM integration. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders.

  • Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the high-tech or semiconductor industry is a significant advantage. Familiarity with industry-specific challenges and opportunities will be highly valued.

  • Liaison Skills: Strong ability to act as a liaison between business and IT/SI partners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

  • Self-Driven: Highly self-driven and motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Result-Oriented: Result-oriented approach, with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes and delivering value to the organization. Ability to set clear objectives and performance metrics, and to monitor progress effectively.

Preferred Skill:

  • Best Practices: Demonstrated ability to curate and implement best practices in SAP. Experience in developing and maintaining standards and guidelines for SAP projects.

  • Transformation Programs: Experience in managing transformation programs and leading cross-functional teams. Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively. Ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.

  • Lean Team Environment: Ability to thrive in a lean team environment, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well with others.
