Sr. Lead Real Estate Facilities

We are looking for

1. Minimum 18 yrs of experience into Real Estate and Facilities
2. Must have an experience into Setting up the real estate project and Facilities SOPs and processes from scratch.
3. Must have experience into Solar Microgrid.
4. Good Experience into Managing (environmental services, PV smart grid and electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety) and building automation systems
5. Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS)
6. Understanding of building codes, mechanical codes, electrical codes and plumbing codes as they relate to the campus operations;
