Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors EC and Time Off Consultant
Location: Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore
Job Summary: As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors EC with Time Off module to optimize clients' HR processes, particularly in the area of time tracking. Your expertise in SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support for production issues in EC and Time Off area and provide appropriate solution.
- Analyze client requirements and design solutions to meet their HR needs.
- Provide expert advice on SAP Best Practices for SF modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time management functionalities.
Qualifications:
- More than 6 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors EC and Time Management process.
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central module along with Time Management.
- Experience with multiple SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions such as Employee Central, Time Off, Time Tracking, and Time Sheet.
