Job Summary:
A ServiceNow functional consultant helps clients implement and optimize their ServiceNow environment. They provide technical and functional guidance, and work with clients to understand their business needs.

Location - Noida/Pune/Bengaluru/Mumbai/Chennai
Mode - Hybrid
Notice Period - 0-15 Days

Job Description:

Responsibilities 
•    Design and optimize solutions for Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
•    Ensure CMDB aligns with the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
•    Support IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) functions
•    Provide technical and functional guidance
•    Deliver solutions to improve operational efficiency
•    Ensure clients get the most out of their ServiceNow investment

Skills and qualifications
 
•    Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CSM
•    Knowledge of IT Infrastructure domains and supporting technologies
•    Strong technical skills, including proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
•    Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows, applications, and integrations
•    Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•    Strong communication skills
•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
