Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot, Java and React JS. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Document development processes code changes and other technical information.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in AWS SQL Spring Boot and Java.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices.
- Have a solid understanding of database design and management.
- Show experience with version control systems like Git.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Have a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML CSS and JavaScript is nice to have.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
