Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join the core engineering team building a mission-critical, cloud-native application designed to transform workforce planning and resource allocation for enterprise organizations. Project aims at modernizing the legacy application which is built in .NET to latest tech stack using Angular , Java frameworks. Application is a modern, Azure-first platform built on Java 21, Good to have Python, Spring Boot 3.2+, Angular 21+, with a strong focus on security, scalability, and developer productivity. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure, high-performance features that enable HR and project managers to forecast hours, assign resources, and plan projects with confidence. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, agile environment where innovation, ownership, and security are non-negotiable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and maintainable full-stack features

Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate business requirements into technical designs using microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-first principles.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot 3.2+, ensuring adherence to security best practices (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC, Azure AD).

Database: MS Sql, PL/Sql / T-Sql, No Sql Databases (Mongo Db/Elasticsearch/OpenSearch)

Develop responsive, performant frontend components using Angular 17+, TypeScript, POW, RxJS, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Material).

Integrate with Azure services including Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Key Vault, Azure AD, Azure Monitor, and Azure DevOps.

Write clean, well-documented, and testable code using Junit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress, and SonarQube.

Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure zero-downtime deployments, rollback readiness, and observability.

Champion developer experience by contributing to internal tooling, reusable components, and documentation
