A Day in the Life
• Provide support, drive and execute together with Countries and DST regional team PCS technology deployments within EurAsia to support CRM therapies in alignment with EurAsia OU strategic goals, including training of local country champions, providing as needed and coordinating 2nd tier support for PCS tools, analyzing, analyzing and monitor performance in line with PCS KPIs• Drive continued stakeholder engagement to ensure optimal use and integration of PCS technology (Hardware, Software, Connectivity, and integration into EHR workflow), solutions and services
Key Responsibilities:
Deployment
Provide support, drive and execute together with Countries and DST regional team PCS technology (product /app) deployments and adoption
Create in alignment with regional PCS strategy, manage and execute regional deployment plans in coordination with regional DST and country commercial teams
Drive the IT, Data management and privacy aspects of the Tablet deployment and management process
Help DST team and commercial teams to define account workflows to enable the smooth transition and adoption of tablets and other PCS services and solutions
Test and validate new systems and upgrades.
Support & Training
Provide post deployment technical support to country champions and regional DST team
Providing as needed and coordinating 2nd tier support for PCS
Provide expert knowledge for GDPR, data privacy, and data security topics across the PCS portfolio
Provide training of local country champions / distributors .
Document systems, processes, and procedures.
Support Legacy Programmers
Maintenance & Optimization
Manage, facilitate, and monitor tablet management process including tablet end of lease / end of live process across the region
Analyzing and monitor performance and adoption in line with PCS KPIs and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain data integrity for the regional programmer pool
Recommend improvements and upgrades.
Collaboration & Communication
Close collaboration with EurAsia PCS Strategic Marketing Lead to ensure development and execution in line with strategic priorities and goals
Work with regional and global teams including Regional EMEA TS to resolve technical problems, WE PMTC team for best practice and experience sharing, Global IT / PCS team, DST team and commercial partners.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Project management in cross functional environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant IT technology, knowledge of mobile and tablet technology is a must
Knowledge of data security, compliance, and IT / Technical best practices.
Ability to work independently and in agile teams.
Requirements
At least 1-3 years of experience in an IT Consultancy, Implementation, or IT Support role, ideally with experience working within a healthcare environment.
Good common understanding of IT Infrastructure, Security and Data Privacy requirements in a regulated environment
Training experience of non-technical & technical users
Bachelor’s degree or similar education
Nice to have: Experience using CRM-systems and Service Support platforms
