Job Description
- Handling inbound calls from the US Call Center team
- Preparing specific reports to specific groups as required.
- Listening to calls and provide feedback through email or other electronic modes.
- Take Internal Metlife calls.
- Review documentation/ and other data, validate with existing SOP and provide electronic feedback
