Sr Instructional Designer - Learning

Scope:

Primary Duties: Engage with stakeholders to define training objectives and scope, craft engaging and informative content including Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs), eLearning modules, job aids, hands-on labs, assessments, and more. Oversee the deployment of training materials on Learning Management Systems (LMS) and assist in various training development tasks. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, collaborate effectively with team members, maintain clear communication with project leads and stakeholders, and apply instructional design principles and models to meet project specifications.
