Job Summary
As a Sr. Infra Developer you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our infrastructure monitoring tools including Splunk Admin Grafana ELK and Dynatrace AppMon. You will work from our office and participate in rotational shifts to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing system performance and reliability directly impacting our companys efficiency and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize infrastructure monitoring tools to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and maintain Splunk Admin configurations to support data analysis and reporting.
- Utilize Grafana for creating and managing dashboards that provide insights into system performance.
- Oversee ELK stack operations to ensure efficient log management and analysis.
- Administer Dynatrace AppMon to monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate monitoring solutions with existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to monitoring tools to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on monitoring best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for monitoring processes and configurations.
- Conduct regular audits of monitoring systems to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for infrastructure monitoring.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring strategies and tools.
- Ensure that monitoring solutions align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Splunk Admin Grafana ELK and Dynatrace AppMon.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring and management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in creating and managing dashboards using Grafana.
- Exhibit expertise in log management and analysis with the ELK stack.
- Show experience in application performance monitoring with Dynatrace AppMon.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adapt to rotational shifts and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in infrastructure monitoring.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.
- Have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
