The Pinkvilla team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive. Managing the hiring initiatives on the various platforms, providing administrative support, assisting with the hiring process

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing :
- Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and referrals.
- Utilize social media platforms and headhunting techniques to attract top talent.
- Perform cold calling to reach potential candidates.
- Recruitment Operations :
- Create and update job descriptions tailored to specific roles.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth scheduling process.
- Follow up on interview processes and update stakeholders on the status.
- Employee Lifecycle Management :
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years experience in an HR recruiter role, preferably in the Media/Digital industries.
- Proven expertise in recruitment processes, including sourcing, headhunting, and candidate evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and job boards for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
