Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly responsible HR & Admin Executive who will manage all HR, recruitment, payroll, and basic finance operations for our growing company.

This is a single-person HR role meaning you will be the only HR in the organization and will independently handle everything related to people management and HR operations from start to end.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment & Hiring (Core Responsibility)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Create and post job openings on various job portals
  • Source candidates from platforms like Internshala, LinkedIn, Quikr, local job portals, and social media
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
  • Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic and face-to-face)
  • Coordinate technical/management interviews
  • Maintain candidate database and pipeline
  • Prepare and release offer letters
  • Onboard new employees

B. HR Operations & Employee Management

  • Manage employee onboarding and induction
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle attendance tracking and leave management
  • Create and maintain HR policies
  • Handle employee queries and grievances
  • Maintain discipline and workplace decorum
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities
  • Prepare appointment letters, experience letters, relieving letters etc.

C. Job Posting & Employer Branding

  • Post job requirements on multiple platforms
  • Manage company career pages
  • Maintain recruitment-related communication
  • Coordinate with colleges and institutes for fresher hiring
  • Build a local hiring network in Guwahati and Assam

D. Payroll & Finance Related Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly payroll processing
  • Track attendance and calculate salaries
  • Maintain salary sheets and payment records
  • Coordinate with management for salary disbursement
  • Handle reimbursement and expense tracking
  • Basic bookkeeping and finance coordination
  • Vendor payments coordination (if required)

E. Administration Responsibilities

  • Maintain office records and documents
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Handle office administration tasks
  • Support management in operational tasks
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR and admin operations

Skills & Qualifications RequiredEducation

  • Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
  • HR certification is a plus

Experience

  • 13 years of experience in HR / Recruitment
  • Freshers with excellent communication and confidence can also apply

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Basic understanding of payroll processing
  • Good coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Smart, presentable, and professional attitude
  • Strong decision-making ability

Salary Range

  • 15,000 45,000 per month
