Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Hardware Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hardware processors hardware chips digital logic design and hardware architecture. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Design and develop hardware components including processors and chips to meet project specifications and performance goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware architecture and ensure seamless integration with other system components.Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware designs to ensure reliability and performance standards are met.Oversee the development and implementation of digital logic designs ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Analyze and troubleshoot hardware issues implementing effective solutions to maintain system integrity.Stay updated with the latest advancements in hardware technology and incorporate relevant innovations into design processes.Develop detailed documentation for hardware designs including schematics diagrams and technical specifications.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the hardware development lifecycle.Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance overall project quality.Optimize hardware designs for cost performance and manufacturability balancing various project constraints.Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production and assembly of hardware components.Contribute to the continuous improvement of hardware development processes identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
Qualifications

Certifications Required
Certified Hardware Design Engineer (CHDE) or equivalent certification in hardware design and development.
