Sr, Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Functional Consultant Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, with a strong focus on the Finance module and India localization (GST, TDS, TCS). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful implementations, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.

Engagement: Permanent Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Gather business requirements, prepare documentation, and design tailored solutions.
• Configure, customize, and test Business Central Finance modules with India localization.
• Conduct training sessions, UAT, and data migration activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for development and enhancements of add-on solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support, including handling CRs and day-to-day issue resolution.
• Prepare project documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA.

Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / NAV.
• Strong expertise in the Finance Module with India taxation (GST, TDS, TCS).
• Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations of the Finance Module in Business Central/Navision.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, presentations, and documentation.
• Experience working with a Microsoft Dynamics-focused IT company.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

Good to have:

• Knowledge of advanced features, reporting, and BI tools.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
