• 5+ years of handson experience building frontend applications
• Strong proficiency in React , Tailwind CSS , TypeScript , and modern UI development
• Ability to bring complex Figma designs to life with full visual accuracy
• Strong understanding of responsive UI design across browsers and devices
• Experience optimizing applications for Core Web Vitals and realworld performance
• Practical application of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards
• Passion for clean, maintainable, scalable UI engineering
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, backend engineers, and QA
• Strong communication skills and alignment with healthy team collaboration
