The Role:This is asenior individual contributor rolewithhigh ownership and high influence.

Learning something new is one of the most human things there is; the moment before you understand, and the moment after. We're designing for that.For 3M+ people trying to become someone slightly better than they were last week.You'd own what that feels like.

What you'll own:

• End-to-end design ownership:Discovery, ideation, prototyping, delivery, no handoff mid-journey. You see it through.
• AI learning experience: Design how users talk to AI, get feedback, and stay in flow. Novel UX space with no playbook.
• Engagement & habit loops: Gamification, streaks, progression systems design for daily return, not just first use.
• Systems & scalable UI: Build patterns that hold across a fast-growing product. Mobile-first, component-minded.

Who you are:

• 4+ years in B2C product design;edtech, gaming, or consumer appswhere retention actually matters
• A portfolio that showsdesign moving metrics, not just looking good in Figma
• Strong UX instincts: you can articulate a user problem before you draw a single frame
• Comfortable readingdashboards and making decisions from data, not just intuition
• You write tight, clear design rationale developers understand you and trust you
• You thrive with ambiguity and ownership; slow approvals frustrate you

Strong bonus if you have:

• Game design or gamification experience-you've thought about dopamine loops before
• Strong UX copy instincts, you care about the words as much as the layout
• Motion or micro-interaction thinking-you prototype feel, not just function
• Marketing or brand design exposure-you understand the full user journey
