Instead of rigid ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, HR), we map how the business actually runs

and configure the system around it.

Core architecture:

Schema Engine (DDD-based) Workflows defined as entities, states, transitions, permissions

Immutable Event Ledger Append-only log, full audit trail, accounting derived from operations

AI Layer OCR + LLM converts documents & natural language into validated system events

We deploy clients in under 7 days.

Youll architect and build the core system.

You will:

Design backend architecture from scratch

Own database schemas and event models

Define API structure and system boundaries

Make production decisions fast

Help hire the next engineers and shape engineering culture

Directly working with the founder. No layers.

Non-negotiables:

Youve architected and shipped a backend system

Deep database expertise (Postgres preferred)

Strong TypeScript or Python

Comfortable designing from first principles

Interested in event-driven architecture / DDD

Bonus:

Experience with event sourcing / CQRS
