Amazon is hiring a Sr FinOps Analyst for the Global Accounts Payable Financial Operations Services team to support Corporate Accounts Payable processes.

Key job responsibilities
The successful candidate will be a member of FinOps Services team responsible for performing UAT/PVT for new country launches/entity expansions for Corp AP/Kuiper/AWS, in addition this role will also cover testing for launches related to compliance, e
- invoicing, project SIMBA invoice ingestion, DICES support for countries IN/US/CA/EU/UK & MEA
A day in the life
The ideal candidate will be experienced in finance role with an understanding of finance operations and will have experience in relationship management.
He/she will have problem solving skills with the focus on improving the processes and strengthening the payment practices.
The ideal candidate should have action
- driven personality and motivation to proactively address any issues and identify areas for improvement.
Additional traits we are looking for are a strong desire to exceed expectations, effective interpersonal skills; including persuasive written and oral communication, solid organizational skills and ability to assess and manage risk.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B.
Com)
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience
