Sr Finance Specialist - Treasury Operations

Job Description:

• To Support Treasury Operations for 3M India, SAMCO and TCOE
• Advanced education or certification such as CA, MBA in Finance from a premier institution;
• 5 years finance experience and at least 3 years treasury experience in international enterprise;

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills；
• Fluent English both in written and verbal;
• Familiar with India FEMA FX regulations and IN accounting policy and able to plan the response according to policy updates;
• Strong numeracy skills, experienced in using Microsoft Excel;; Capacity on technical tools (Power BI, Kyriba, SAP);
• Can problem solve and work through issues independently;
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize projects and drive change
• Cross-cultural project management experience, good team player and able to motivate self and others;
