About the Role:

We are looking for a Sr. Executive Packhouse & Logistics for our sister company Achintya Anand Microgreen Farm to manage daily packhouse operations and support smooth dispatch of fresh fruits and vegetables. The role involves planning packing as per daily orders, ensuring quality, labeling and weight accuracy, coordinating deliveries, and controlling wastage while maintaining food safety standards.

1. Packhouse Operations

• Convert daily sales orders into proper packing plans and ensure orders are ready before dispatch time.
• Check correct weight in packed items to avoid loss or penalties.
• Ensure proper labeling (MRP, batch code, harvest date, barcode).
• Manage stock of packing materials (boxes, crates, nets, etc.).
• Control packaging cost and reduce wastage.
• Oversee packing machines and ensure they work properly.

2. Logistics & Fleet Management

• Plan daily delivery routes for timely delivery.
• Monitor temperature during transport to maintain product quality.
• Track vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and driver performance.
• Coordinate with transport vendors when required.

3. Wastage Control & Safety

• Monitor spoilage and reduce product wastage.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.).
• Ensure safety rules are followed to avoid accidents.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in warehouse/packhouse operations, preferably in fresh produce or FMCG.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and packing operations.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines).
• Ability to manage daily dispatch planning and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking inventory, orders, and reports.
• Willingness to work in shift-based operations and handle on-ground teams.

• Experience in fresh produce, agriculture supply chain, or FMCG distribution.
• Knowledge of cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled transport.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills for managing dispatch and transport issues.
• Ability to control wastage, improve packing efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
• Good team management and communication skills to handle packhouse staff and drivers.
