Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition


Experience Required: Minimum 6 to Maximum 9 years


Location: Ahmedabad


Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in the field of Human Resource Management


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team in the food production industry. Candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for Corporate, Sales & Support functions ensuring timely and efficient hiring of manpower across Leadership, Sales, Finance, EXIM, Agriculture, Support functions etc. The role demands strong coordination with leadership team, adherence to manpower planning and alignment with organizational hiring policies.


Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding) for open positions.
  • Coordinate with HODs and HR Manager to understand manpower requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies including job portals, consultants, social media and local networks.
  • Ensure timely hiring of staff-level employees.
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical / functional interviews.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, TAT adherence and provide weekly/monthly reports.
  • Build a pipeline of talent for critical positions & support in campus drives, walk-in interviews, and job fairs at the local/regional level.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws and audit requirements during hiring.
  • Assist in onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new recruits.


KPIs

  • Adherence to recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time).
  • Quality of hires and retention rate.
  • Fulfilment of monthly/quarterly manpower plans.
  • Resume rejection and Selection rate
  • Candidate experience and smooth onboarding process.


Desired Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Masters degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate & Sales hiring.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS Platforms.


Desired Skills

  • Should be able to build relationship with HODs / Hiring Managers.
  • Should be detail oriented.
  • Can handle volume hiring and work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Should be good at multi-tasking and is able ensure a smooth flow of the entire hiring cycle from Sourcing to Onboarding of the candidates.
  • Should be thorough with documentation of the candidates and ensure complete documentation.
  • Should be able to deliver good candidates experience and onboarding experience.
