Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Executive Event Sales to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for driving sales, meeting targets, and contributing to the overall success of our events.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients to secure event sponsorships and exhibition space sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the Conference, Marketing & Communications teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Actively prospect, engage, and establish relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations.
Attend industry events and networking sessions to generate leads and build your professional network.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in event sales or a related sales role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as required.
