TheSalesCoordinatorwillsupportthesalesandoperationsteamsbymanagingcustomerenquiries,quotations,orderprocessing,documentation,andcoordinationacrossinternaldepartments.Therolealsoinvolveshandlingexportimportdocumentation,logisticscoordination,andpaymentfollow-upstoensuresmoothorderexecutionandcustomersatisfaction.

KeyResponsibilities

Sales&CustomerCoordination

• ReceiveandreviewcustomerenquiriesandescalaterelevantenquiriestoManagement.
• Prepareandsubmitquotationstocustomers.
• Communicatewithcustomersonorderstatus,deliverytimelines,anddelays,ifany.

OrderProcessing&InternalCoordination

• PreparesalesordersandcoordinatetimelyhandovertotheOperationsteam.
• TrackorderprogressandfollowupwithOperationstoensureadherencetodeliveryschedules.
• CoordinatewithPurchase,Packing,andDispatchteamsforsmoothorderexecution.

Documentation&Compliance

• Handlevendorregistrationandtender-relateddocumentation.
• Ensurecompliancewithclientandtenderrequirements.
• ManageexportdocumentationandcoordinationwithBanks,DGFT,ClearingAgents,andFreightForwarders.
• Handleimportdocumentationandrelatedprocesses.

Logistics&Payments

• Coordinatelogisticsarrangementsandnegotiatefreightrateswithserviceproviders.
• Ensureinvoicesaresubmittedtocustomersandfollowupfortimelypaymentrecovery.

Communication

• Prepareprofessionalbusinesscorrespondenceandemailsforcustomers,vendors,andinternalcoordination.

KnowledgeRequirements

• WorkingknowledgeofIncotermsanddeliveryterms.
• Knowledgeofexportimportdocumentationandprocedures.
• Familiaritywithgovernmentexportschemesisanadvantage.

• Qualification: Graduate/PostGraduate
• Experience: 34yearsinsalescoordination,exportimportdocumentation,orarelatedrole.
