Sr. Executive - R & D Lab Line Operator

To work in R&D department

·       Produce the trials as per plan given by R&D Manager.

·       Interact with Stores to receive desired RM, additives & packing bags from warehouse for daily consumption on lines

·       Ensure the Quality of product produced as per desired process & test parameters.

·       Collaborate with plant maintenance team for PM, BD, changeover of screw if required

·       Reduce wastage, scrap during process.

·       Record production per shift of lab line, wastage generated & consumed,

·       Ensure process parameters setting of each line as per SOP of grade being produced

First time pass, Scrap generation, Yield, WIP Generation & consumption, Inventory loss, separation of WIP lumps ,Reduction in Change over time, 5s,
