Job Description
Designation : Executive / Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager
Business - International Sales & Marketing
Location: Okhla Phase 3, Delhi
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage communication with existing international customers.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing plant and overseas customers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Create Proforma Invoices and work orders in SAP.
- Generate and maintain accurate management reports in a timely manner.
- Track export orders, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel.
- Experience with SAP will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with international clients.
