Job Description
Contract Labour Management
· Ensure optimum availability of contractual manpower at all point of time as per the approved manpower.
· Smooth error free Contract labour and time office management as per set SOP.
· To update MIS data for contract workers and to prepare data bank of contract workers in coordination with labour contractors for un- interrupted contract labour availability.
· Ensure timely billing and payment to contractual workman.
· Ensure statutory compliances under CLRA.
· Contract labour pre-employment basic and safety induction.
· Ensure to comply as per set HR road map for the unit.
*Recruitment
· Responsible for timely hiring of permanent as well as contractual manpower as per set SOP.
· Ensure to comply as per set HR road map for the unit.
*On Boarding
· Responsible for imparting detailed HR induction as well as departmental induction to the new employee.
· Ensure executing all the forms and collecting as well as verifying required documentation.
· Ensure rolling out of Appointment letter and joining information
· Intimation to different departments regarding joining of new employee.
*Performance Management :
· Ensure timely confirmation of employees on completion of probation period.
· Ensure timely KRA setting and completion of annual appraisal.
*Employee Service
· Coordinating to enroll new employees into HRMS
· Responsible for managing the HRIS Human Resource Information System for the plant (Contract workers).
*Compliance Management
· Ensure timely remittance of PF, ESI contributions both company and contractors.
· All statutory compliances under CLRA.
· Ensure timely updation / renewal of different licenses and certifications.
· All statutory compliance for both unit under Factory act, Labour act, State employment act etc.
· Timely updating all statutory registers under different acts for both Factory and contractors.
· Updating and shearing HR related MIS report within time line .
· Ensure to comply as per set HR road map for the unit.
*IR & ER
· Managing the queries / grievances of all the manpower (OR & CL) and addressing within defined timeline.
· Ensure that there is no work stoppage due to worker issues.
· Ensure worker discipline throughout the year.
· Attend to unforeseen situations like accidents (if any).
· Carryout process of disciplinary action as and when needed.
· Liaising with different external stake holders and assisting HRM where required.
· Coordinating with labour contractors as and when required to ensure smooth operations.
· Ensure to comply as per set HR road map for the unit.
*Administration & Operations :
· Security management for both the unit.
· Coordinating with security vendor to ensure smooth and error free security management for the unit.
· To take service feedback and grievance from all department HOD and address within defined timeline.
· To reduce / control cost in HR and Admin operations.
· Ensure to comply as per set HR road map for the unit.
