Were looking for a dynamic Sr. Executive Client Servicing / New Business Development who is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences. In this role, youll act as the primary point of contact for clients translating ideas into memorable events while ensuring timely, high-quality execution. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams to bring each project to life and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted point of contact.

Collaboration: Work closely with Creative and Production teams to execute events that align with client and brand goals.

Client Understanding: Understand client objectives, gather feedback, and ensure smooth project delivery aligned with expectations.

New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and support revenue growth.

Market Insight: Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for client engagement and business expansion.

Client Account Management: Manage existing client accounts effectively, identifying opportunities for up selling, cross-selling, and generating additional revenue.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

24 years in Client Servicing / Event Management / ATL & BTL Activities / PR

Strong communication & presentation skills

Bachelors degree (MBA/Event Management diploma preferred)

Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore

Experience: 2 4 years

Reporting To: Business Director

Salary: As per Company Standards.

Work Timing: MonSat (Saturday WFH) (10am - 7pm)
