With a strong track record of delivering Data Centers | High End Retail | Commercial | Workplace | Hospitality | Logistics projects developments, the practice combines technical depth, operational excellence, and global collaboration to deliver design and project excellence worldwide. The firm is now setting up its Mumbai studio to strengthen its India presence and is looking to appoint a Bids & Proposals professional as part of the early team to support business acquisition and global submission processes.

CTC: 8 to 10 LPA
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive Bids & Proposals
Years of Experience: 36 years in bid / tender / proposal experience in architecture firms is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time, On-site, MonFri (5-day work week)

Position Overview
- This is a pure bid management and proposal operations role, responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions for architectural and design projects across India projects.
- The role sits at the core of the firms business acquisition engine, ensuring that all submissions are structured, compliant, accurate, and delivered within strict timelines.
- You will work closely with design, technical, finance, and leadership teams in the India office, acting as the central coordinator for all bid-related activities.
- This role is ideal for professionals from Architecture firms mainly & before that with EPC, PMC, engineering consultancy, or real estate advisory backgrounds looking to transition into a global design firm environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle, including RFP/RFQ receipt, planning, coordination, and final submission
- Analyse tender documents to identify key requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission structures
- Prepare and manage bid trackers, timelines, and submission checklists
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (design, technical, finance, leadership) to ensure timely and accurate inputs.
- Compile and structure complete proposal documents including:
1> Company credentials
2> Project sheets
3> Project Team Profiles
- Supporting documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with client requirements, formats, and submission guidelines
- Maintain version control, documentation accuracy, and consistency across submissions
- Conduct final quality checks to ensure error-free and complete submissions
- Manage submissions across platforms (online portals / email / physical submissions)
- Maintain a repository of past bids, templates, and standard documents
- Continuously improve internal bid processes and documentation systems

Qualifications & Must-Have Skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 36 years of experience in bid management / tendering / proposal coordination roles
- Prior experience working on RFP / RFQ / tender submissions is mandatory
- Strong understanding of bid processes, compliance requirements, and documentation standards
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-stakes submissions under tight deadlines
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with tender portals and submission systems
- Exposure to architecture / real estate / infrastructure sectors is a must have.
