Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor networks
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Ensure defined TAT and quality-of-hire metrics
• Coordinate interviews, offer rollout, and candidate engagement
• Drive employer branding and improve candidate experience
• Manage recruitment MIS and reporting

Preferred Profile:

• 37 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Mandatory exposure to agency/staffing background
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience handling multilevel hiring
